🔄 How Organization Fits Into Workflows
An organization is the core unit that owns all workflows, data, and configurations.
Key concepts
- All workflows belong to an organization
- API calls are authorized against the organization
- Workflow runs and results are scoped per organization
Each workflow defines:
-
What data to collect
(e.g. identity documents, personal info, biometrics) -
What checks to run
(e.g. liveness, AML, document verification) -
What decisions to make
(conditional logic, branching) -
Where to deliver results
(webhooks, integrations, APIs)
