Verification Levels and Keywords
ShareRing Link includes keywords that you use to specify which information you want to query from your customers and the verification level you require.
Verification Levels
Keywords are categorized into the three verification levels:
Information stored in users' ShareRing Me Vault is classified into three verification levels. These verification levels indicate the level of accuracy we've assigned to the information. Each verification level has keywords that can be used in the ShareRing Link dashboard to create queries against each verification level.
The verification levels are:
ShareRing Verified
This is the highest level of verification and has the greatest level of accuracy. Information at this level was added by the user from an NFC document (for instance an e-passport), the information was extracted from the NFC document and cross referenced with information obtained via OCR by scanning the document. The user has passed a face liveness detection test against the photo in the document.
The keywords associated with this verification level are listed under ShareRing Verified.
ShareRing Checked
This is the second level of verification and has a medium level of accuracy. Information at this level was added by the user from a non-NFC document (for instance a passport or driver's license), the information was extracted from the non-NFC document with OCR, and the user has passed a face liveness detection test against the photo in the document.
The keywords associated with this verification level are listed under ShareRing Checked.
User Added
This is the lowest level of verification. No verification checks have been made against the information at this level, information at this verification level is typically informational only. For instance:
- Personal details, such as phone number or email address.
- Website.
- Social media profiles.

Custom values
No verification checks have been made against the information at this level. Custom values are suitable for confirming customer details or preferences, for instance:
- Shoe and helmet size for adventure gear.
- Clothing sizes.
- Dietary requirements.
- Other preferences/information.
